Psychosocial Recovery Coach is funded support under the NDIS for people with psychosocial disabilities to assist people with practical help and strategies for daily living at home, work, study or in their community. We support and educate people with information available within their community.
Providing mental health therapeutic support with self-care, hope, resting, coping strategies, safety plans, referrals to the GP, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Dieticians, Community Nurse and priority accessing Public Health Dental Care as well as providing Service Navigation and Care Coordination.
